Oxygen-Free Copper Shielding Foil Roll

Shielding and grounding foil is commonly wrapped, wound or cut continuously, so grade, temper, thickness, slit width and edge burr all affect assembly. When an oxygen-free grade is mandatory, state the specific project grade such as C10200 or C10100 in the purchasing document; any alternative material should be explicitly approved before production.

Coil ID, unit coil weight and packaging influence feeding, handling and storage. For thin foil, oxidation, telescoping/edge damage, compression marks and burrs should be part of incoming inspection, with cores, interleaving, moisture protection and outer packaging selected to limit transport damage.
