Match Packaging to the Product Form
Copper coil, tube, plate and busbar experience different transport loads and surface risks. Packaging should therefore be confirmed against the actual product form.
- Moisture and surface protection
- Edge or end protection
- Pallet, wooden case or bundling method
- Package weight and lifting conditions
Labels and Batch Identification
Labels should normally identify the grade, specifications, quantity or weight, batch and order reference. Custom shipping marks should be confirmed before production or packing.
Recheck Before Container Loading
Before loading, verify quantity, outer packaging, labels, loading sequence and the documents that must travel with the shipment. This reduces inconsistencies discovered after arrival.
Prepare Export Documents to the Order
Packing information, material documents and agreed export documents should match both the order and the actual shipment. Special documentation requirements should be raised during order confirmation whenever possible.
If your specifications are ready, send the procurement requirements directly.
Provide the product, grade, specifications, quantity and destination. Drawings or material lists can be submitted together.
